As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee glass brasserie, to ensure quality and service by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

As the Venues Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all reservations and functions/events in Marble Bar, Zeta Bar, and glass brasserie. Your role will be to promote, sell and control the events for all event operating outlet teams from initial enquiry to contracting. Be able to efficiently qualify and sell the Hotel for events in our outlet spaces. Build up powerful customer relationships that deliver new and repeat business to increase revenue and demand. You will be responsible for maximising revenue and creating a memorable guest experience by ensuring our guests receive seamless service from the moment an enquiry is made.
A Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising team and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.
