We are looking for a motivated Cook / Line Cook to join a growing Italian–Mediterranean kitchen inside a boutique hotel in Palm Beach.

This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about quality, consistency, and clean execution.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and execute dishes during service

• Work pasta, grill, and cold stations as needed

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

• Support daily prep and service flow

• Work closely with the chef and small, focused team

• Kitchen experience (Italian or Mediterranean a plus)

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Clean, organized, and reliable

• Comfortable working in a small team
