expo runner

We are looking for a fast, organized Expo / Food Runner to join our team at an Italian–Mediterranean restaurantinside a boutique hotel in Palm Beach.

This role is key to keeping service smooth, fast, and clean.

What you’ll do

• Run food from kitchen to dining room, bar, and terrace

• Assist the expo line with plating, garnishes, and organization

• Communicate clearly between kitchen and FOH

• Keep the pass clean, organized, and efficient

• Support service flow during busy hours

What we’re looking for

• Restaurant experience preferred (expo or runner a plus)

• Fast, focused, and reliable

• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork

• Clean appearance and professional attitude

• Able to work under pressure
