Lead the Hospitality Revolution: Front Office Supervisor Opportunity at Marin Hilltop Hotel!
Compensation: 24,00 $ a 25,00 $ por hora, Tiempo Completo

Marin Hilltop Hotel is undergoing an exciting transformation into a Tribute Portfolio Marriott Hotel — part of Marriott’s collection of upper-upscale, design-forward boutique hotels. With renovations already underway and a grand relaunch scheduled for July 2026, the hotel is being reimagined to reflect the vibrant and sophisticated spirit of Marin County.

As we move through this exciting chapter, we are looking for a passionate and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to support the Front Office operations during the transition and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership support role, has a strong understanding of front desk procedures, and is eager to contribute to a renewed guest experience.

The Front Desk Agent is the face of our hotel and plays a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome, cared for, and appreciated. You’ll manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest needs, and help create an atmosphere that reflects the elevated and welcoming spirit of our new brand.

  • Step in as acting Front Office Manager when required
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting front desk agents
  • Notify Loss Prevention of any incidents reported by guests
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and leadership support abilities
