Join our team at the DoubleTree Downtown, where thoughtful service and attention to detail define the guest experience. We are seeking a Full-Time Houseperson to work from 

3 PM - 11 PM, who is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest floor corridors, service areas, stairwells, elevators, vending areas, guest laundry rooms, and floor closets.
  • Remove trash, debris, dirty linen, and used glassware; transport to appropriate areas for processing.
  • Stock and replenish linen carts, floor closets, and supplies as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize vending machines, ice machines, laundry equipment, and other designated surfaces.
  • Deliver guest-requested items promptly and transport guest laundry/dry cleaning as needed.
  • Ensure proper handling of lost and found items and guest room keys.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure compliance with safety and fire prevention procedures.
  • Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or damages to management immediately.
  • Follow all company policies and maintain professional appearance standards.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment
  • Lifting one hundred (100) pounds maximum.
  • Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods
  • Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.         

Prior Hotel Housekeeping experience preferred.

Shift PM – must be available from 3pm - 11pm

Must be available holidays and weekends.

    Paid Time Off & Holidays

    After 90 days of service, Full-Time Associates earn up to 40 hours of sick time annually.

    Full Time associates can enjoy holiday pay for six recognized holidays, plus a paid day off for your birthday!

    After 1 year of service, Full-Time Associates are eligible to take vacation time earned in their first year up to 40 hours.  Vacation accrual increases with additional years of service.

    Daily Meals

    Complimentary meals are provided to all associates during their shift.
