Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Une expérience d'au moins 6 mois dans le service à la clientèle d'un point de vente de restauration, incluant la manipulation d'espèces, est préférable, ainsi qu'une expérience antérieure de barista.
  • Soyez incroyablement aimable, centré sur le client, aimez sourire et affichez une attitude positive et accommodante lors de vos interactions avec les clients.
  • Garantit une image professionnelle en toutes circonstances, tant par son apparence que par sa tenue vestimentaire.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Prépare les boissons demandées par les clients ou les serveurs conformément aux procédures opérationnelles standard (c'est-à-dire que les proportions et les ingrédients appropriés permettent de contrôler les coûts et de fournir un produit constant aux clients).
  • Maintient des zones de travail propres et organisées afin d'optimiser l'efficacité ; prépare le bar et l'arrière-bar selon les procédures établies.
  • Répond rapidement et avec courtoisie aux demandes des clients. Assure un suivi pour garantir leur satisfaction.
  • Effectue les tâches annexes avant et après le quart de travail, notamment le réapprovisionnement du poste de service, la préparation du café, etc.
