Our Company

Lotus Management is a private, family-owned hospitality company headquartered in San Jose, California that offers investment opportunities in national hotel brands throughout the Western US. Our portfolio includes leading select-service brands from Marriott, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotels, Best Western, and Choice Hotels.

The company was established in 1979 in Santa Cruz, California and continues to be managed by its founding team more than three decades later. We have completed over $70 million dollars in hotel transactions in secondary and tertiary markets across three states. Our current portfolio is valued at over $80 million.

Lotus hotels are located near leading tourist destinations and up-and-coming business districts. We are currently expanding our portfolio through new construction and hotel acquisition.
