The Residence Inn is a 234 all Suite hotel designed for stays of more than a few nights.  Ideally located off the shores of South Lake Union in a booming neighborhood.  Full public space renovation is set for December 2013 and will include 'True North Taproom' featuring eco-friendly local beer and wine.  The Residence Inn is managed by InnVentures IVI LP.
