A new look, a new identity, and a new beginning set by the backdrop on the beat of arts and culture in the Lower East side of Manhattan.   It is here, we proudly unveil the new, Redford Hotel at 136 Ludlow Street.  The place of the historic no-wave art movement, the recordings of Lou Reed and the Velvet Underground, and the beloved album cover of Paul's Boutique by the Beastie Boys.  Our home on the famed Ludlow Street, is where it all happened.  In this spirit, our newly re-designed thirty-two guest rooms cater to both the tastes and needs of today’s modern traveler.  Clean lines and a modern aesthetic.  A plush bed to lay your head.  Curated contemporary art flanking the walls paying homage to a part of New York that’s been born and raised through aesthetic experimentation and adventure. This is a place of exuberant creativity.  From cultural museums, to glamourous cocktail lounges, established no-frills bars, or vintage clothing stores and thriving music venues - your next must-see experiences are just at our doorstep.
