OPENING
Eleven exquisitely designed buildings form a strip perfectly positioned to allow an
unobstructed view of the Kvarner bay. Sealeven residence combines the

The residential project consists of 11 residential buildings
Each building consists of 4-7 residential units.
A total of 85 residential units will be built.
The sizes of the flats range from 44sqm studio flats to 178sqm penthouses with rooftop
