Compensation: 18,00 $ à 19,00 $ l'heure, Temps plein

Summary:

Responsible for repair and maintenance of all physical facilities (both interior and exterior) throughout the hotel property. Responsible for basic Engineering and hotel maintenance including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall repairs, lock repairs, and life safety!

Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Must be able to work varied shifts!!!! Morning/Evening!!  8:00AM-4:30PM And 2:30PM-11:00PM
  • Analyze basic HVAC problems and make basic repairs.
  • Be able to use drain cleaning equipment.
  • Repair and replace plumbing piping and perform basic plumbing repairs.
  • Perform guest room preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to handle guest room calls and problems. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with our guests and exemplify GUEST Service Standards!
  • Successfully completes all mandated compliance training and reviews all departmental safety information; MSD sheets and knows locations of all emergency response equipment. Practice emergency procedures in compliance with hotel/company standards, react and assist in any hotel emergency.!
