Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory

Supervision: Retail salespersons and sales clerks

Work site environment: First nations settlements

Work setting: Rural area, Remote location, Willing to relocate, No fly-in/fly-out, or rotational arrangements are available, Supermarket/Grocery Store

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Personal Suitability: Interpersonal awareness-The role serves an Indigenous community; candidates must demonstrate cultural awareness, respect, and the ability to work effectively in a community-focused environment.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Wage: $55,000.00 per year
