 Our boutique hotel in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. Responsibilities: - Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing personalized service from check-in to check-out. - Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and any special requests they may have. - Manage guest registrations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. - Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions professionally and promptly. - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. -

 Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Santa Fe attractions, restaurants, and cultural events is a plus. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Fluency in English; Bi-Lingual is a plus.
