The Wyndham Fort Smith is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Bellman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both driving and customer service, as this position requires both skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive shuttle van to transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other destinations as needed
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle van
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
