Director of Strategy

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $121700 - $164300 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

• Develop and refine strategy projects – thought partner with senior leadership team to define and refine the long-term strategic objectives and goals for the enterprise.
• Provide project leadership and roadmap development to existing strategy projects to ensure progress is made and key milestones are met.
• Provide input and insight and identify gaps that need to be addressed to progress the work of the initiatives.
• Drive execution and implementation across cross-functional teams to ensure strategy projects are operationalized within the enterprise.
• Lead meetings of senior leaders and/or Initiative teams including coordinate and synthesize salient information and create meaningful presentations for communication.
• Proactively manage change associated with strategy projects, including identifying potential challenges and implementing strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
• Prior experience (7-10 years) in Finance, Strategy, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, synthesize information from multiple sources, and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Ability to effectively communicate (both written and oral) complex business challenges in a simplified manner.
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, build relationships and influence others to drive consensus and alignment around strategic priorities and initiatives.
