Front Desk Agent

We are hiring Front Desk Agents for part-time or full-time. Looking for reliable and responsible candidates to join our team. Hotel experience preffered but not necessary. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Accommodate guests of hotel while displaying the highest standards of quality guest service.

-Responsible for counting cash, and maintaining accuracy of issued cash drawer at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.

-Daily checks the front desk log for problems, special requests, etc.

-Greets, registers, and assigns rooms/keys to guests.

-Transmits and receives telephone messages when necessary.

-Answering inquiries pertaining to hotel services (registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions).  Explains in-room and hotel features.

-Responsible for completing all required shift paperwork and reports as assigned by management.

-Keeping record of room availability and guest information.

-Computing folio, collecting payment, and obtaining authorized funds from each guest.

-Making/confirming reservations.

-Post charges such as room, food, telephone to guest ledger.

-Completes daily-required shift checklist.

-Assist in other departments such as laundry, and breakfast when necessary.

Training will be provided in delivering quality guest service, training on the hotel's PMS system, telephone etiquette and expected level of service. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
