Sands Harbor is looking for great line cooks!

Compensation: $18hr based on experience, Temps plein

Job Duties

  • Ensure stations are well stocked and set up before service begins
  • Ensure that menu items prepared are of a high quality and are prepared in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that the appearance and temperature of all food items is appropriate and of a high quality
  • Work various stations on the line
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Requirements

  • Minimum of two-years line cook experience is required for this positions, Country Club experience preferred
  • Understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients and procedures
  • Must be able to bend, lift over 50lbs, sit and stand
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday
