As Guest Services Manager you will be responsible for supervising the Front Desk TEAM which includes staff training, inter-department communications, and staff accountability. The Guest Services Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will ensure outstanding guest service and deliver positive guest experiences. In this role you will collaborate with our General Manager to plan and oversee the hotel’s daily operations.
Our ideal candidate possess solid leadership skills, is passionate about guest service and will maximize the hotel to its full potential.
