Finance Manager

Join our team as the Finance Manager! 

As our Finance Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind keeping our numbers neat and tidy! You’ll make sure all accounting details run smoothly, and you know your way around the house rules, HR, and Loss Prevention—always keeping things on track and upbeat, just like we do at Aimbridge Hospitality. 

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.  

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Standards Superstar: Champions Aimbridge Hospitality’s regulations, always ensuring safe, efficient operations and a positive workplace vibe by following the Employee Handbook to the letter. 
• Money Maestro: Takes charge of all things cash—oversees General Cashier duties, reconciles deposits, audits income, manages accounts receivable, and makes sure every cent is tracked and secure. 
• Payroll Pro: Processes bi-weekly payroll, handles new hire paperwork, tracks employee benefits, and keeps up with wage and tax regulations so everyone gets paid correctly and on time. 
• Audit Ace: Maintains meticulous control over financial records, from daily city ledger postings and credit card reconciliations to monthly income auditing and submitting reports on schedule. 
• Teamwork Trailblazer: Builds strong relationships across departments, leads training sessions, attends meetings, and fosters open communication for a supportive and upbeat hotel environment. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year, or 5+ years progressive hotel/related field experience. 
• Proficient in Windows OS, spreadsheet manipulation, and basic PC troubleshooting; able to prepare memos and reports. 
• Supervisory experience is required. 
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle workplace challenges effectively. 
• Capable of understanding and analyzing complex financial information and data, as well as basic arithmetic functions.
