Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Manage payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest requests
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus
