Position Summary

The Portfolio Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing topline performance and market share across a portfolio of up to 15 limited-service hotels located in Montana, Idaho, and Utah. The portfolio includes properties within the IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, and Choice brand families.

This role develops, implements, and oversees multi-brand, market-wide revenue strategies designed to increase revenue share and optimize performance across all hotels. The Portfolio Revenue Manager collaborates closely with Regional Directors of Operations, General Managers, and corporate leadership to align pricing, distribution, and revenue initiatives with brand standards and business goals.

This is an analytical and strategic role ideal for a data-driven hospitality professional who thrives on optimizing performance and building cohesive strategies across diverse brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to drive growth in RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR across the portfolio.
  • Create and implement market-wide strategies that increase revenue share across multiple brands and regions.
  • Analyze demand, pace, and segmentation to identify revenue opportunities and adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly.
  • Lead weekly revenue calls with General Managers, Regional Directors, and Sales Leaders
  • Oversee rate loading, and channel optimization across brand CRS, PMS, RMS, and channel managers.
  • Ensure rate parity and content accuracy across OTAs, brand.com, and GDS platforms.
  • Monitor competitive set performance using STR, Lighthouse BI, Agency360 and other analytical tools to inform pricing strategies.
  • Partner with property teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Train hotel teams and foster a revenue management culture across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with brand revenue teams to ensure consistent strategy alignment across IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, and Choice hotels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in revenue management, front office, or hotel sales.
  • Proven success managing multi-property portfolios or complex market segments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with PMS, RMS, and channel management systems
  • Familiarity with IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, and Choice systems and brand standards preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of emerging revenue technologies and AI-driven analytics a plus.

Work Environment & Travel

This position is remote, with approximately 10–15% travel to assigned hotels for on-site strategy sessions, training, or audits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
