Restaurant Sales Manager
Carnivale Bahamas 

Overview

We’re seeking a Restaurant Sales Manager to join our team and help elevate our dining and event experiences through strategic sales, creative partnerships, and exceptional guest relationships.

Position Summary
The Restaurant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, grow private dining and event business, and strengthen community partnerships. This individual will collaborate closely with the restaurant’s General Manager, culinary, and marketing teams to deliver tailored experiences that align with Carnivale's culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a proactive sales plan to generate revenue through private events, group dining, and local partnerships.

Act as the primary contact for all event inquiries, conduct site tours, craft customized proposals, and ensure seamless event execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, and community organizations to drive repeat and referral business.

Collaborate with marketing to activate promotions, social media campaigns, and seasonal offers that enhance brand visibility.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance metrics; participate in regular revenue and marketing meetings.

Partner with the culinary and operations teams to ensure all events meet quality, service, and brand standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience within a restaurant, hospitality, or event setting.

Proven ability to build relationships and close sales in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and service.

Experience using CRM, event management, or POS systems preferred.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
