Your Next Adventure: Task Force General Manager (Travel + High-Visibility Role!)
Temps plein

We’re looking for a dynamic Task Force General Manager to step into high-impact assignments across our portfolio and lead hotel operations with confidence, clarity, and heart. In this role, you’ll take the reins of assigned properties—driving performance, strengthening teams, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from day one.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love being hands-on, and enjoy the excitement of stepping in where you're needed most, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

As the Task Force GM, you’ll oversee all aspects of hotel operations for your assigned property, including:

  • Full operational oversight: systems, inventories, staffing, payroll, training, onboarding, scheduling, and policy enforcement.

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Lead revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance.

  • Ensure efficient, profitable operations and cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture.

  • Champion a guest-first mindset while balancing the expectations of guests, team members, corporate partners, and ownership.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and manage all functional areas to maximize financial performance and team/guest experience.

  • Ensure all decisions align with company culture and values.

  • Anticipate market shifts and partner with Sales to maximize revenue and develop annual business and marketing plans.

  • Evaluate and optimize marketing and yield strategies.

  • Develop operational goals and strategic business plans to achieve profitability.

  • Implement marketing programs and manage progress toward results.

  • Oversee capital improvement projects to maintain brand standards and property image.

  • Prepare and review accounting, management, and performance reports—identify variances and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and open communication forums.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talented team members and leaders.

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and required training.

  • Uphold all company policies, operating standards, and legal regulations.

  • Mentor department managers and executive committee members to support their growth.

  • Maintain exceptional property cleanliness through daily physical inspections.

What You Bring

  • Prior experience as an AGM or General Manager at a branded hotel (highly desired).

  • Four-year degree (preferred).

  • A hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style and a positive, energetic presence.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under deadlines.

  • Strong command of hotel financials: budgets, P&L, STAR reports, schedules, and cost controls.

  • Proven ability to maximize NOI and revenue performance.

  • Track record of maintaining strong GSS scores.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Ability to generate new business through local sales and marketing efforts.

  • Commitment to exceptional service, team development, and a winning culture.

  • Ability to perform daily property inspections and maintain brand standards.

Why You’ll Love This Role

You get to be the go-to leader who steps in, elevates performance, wins over teams, and leaves each property stronger than you found it. It’s meaningful work with high visibility, big impact, and plenty of opportunities to shine.
