Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel and deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. • Greet and welcome guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner

• Manage all check-in and check-out procedures accurately

• Handle online and phone reservations

• Verify guest information, process payments, and validate credit card details

• Provide clear information about room types, hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints with urgency and professionalism

• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area

• Upsell hotel services and amenities when appropriate

• Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest profiles

• Follow all brand standards, safety protocols, and service expectations

• 1 year of previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Comfortable using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer programs

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
