What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician

• Daily Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance and repair duties to ensure all rooms, common areas, and equipment are functioning properly.
• Troubleshooting: Respond quickly to maintenance requests involving HVAC, plumbing, lighting, furniture, and appliances.
• Preventive Maintenance: Assist with ongoing maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and keep systems running efficiently.
• Safety First: Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and brand standards.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to resolve issues and keep the property guest ready.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred; basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Skills: Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment; basic computer and computational skills.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication to report issues and updates.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and dependable with a team-first mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or be on-call as needed.
