Job Summary:
The Lead Casino Analyst is tasked with spotting opportunities to improve overall performance
by analyzing and optimizing various casino operations. This includes revenue, costs, forecasts,
daily operations, marketing, and gaming activities like slot performance, volatility, and hold. The
role involves conducting objective evaluations of gaming operations, presenting their findings,
and offering recommendations to aid tactical and strategic decisions by senior leadership.


Essential Functions:
1) Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal, other laws, Gaming Regulations and
Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel policies and procedures.
2) Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding
to guest and team member concerns and questions.
3) Assist in operational reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct thorough
game analysis, and provide ad-hoc reporting as necessary.
4) Identify opportunities for enhancing revenue yield from significant sources.
5) Identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes through campaign analysis, targeting,
and optimization.
6) Design actionable reports and dashboards that support daily operations and strategic
decisions.
7) Provide rapid short-term support for analysis requests.
8) Conduct a thorough analysis of user behavior, including activity patterns throughout the day,
and general usage trends and more to inform strategic planning.
9) Utilizes firsthand observations, sophisticated analytical tools, and basic modeling techniques
to enhance revenue while optimizing expenses.
10) Prepare and present high-level summary of analytical and operational results to senior
leadership as requested.
11) Support budgeting by analyzing operating metrics, cost breakdowns, financial outcomes,
and relevant data to identify significant variances that may impact overall performance.
12) Mentor other analysts and contribute to a culture of analytical excellence across the team.
13) Implement automated processes and conduct regular audits to ensure data is accurate,
complete, and consistent.
14) Establish a well-designed reporting cadence based on data dynamics.
15) Work with vendor analytic teams, marketing analytic teams or external sources to obtain,
and present accurate gaming performance records and analysis.

16) Engage in the processes of suggesting, presenting, planning, implementing, and evaluating
all aspects related to machine placements, relocations, and device exchanges.
17) Assist with updating and distributing AutoCAD Floor Layouts and EGD Master to EGD
Management.
18) Identify self-development needs and training to perform at the highest level and keep abreast
of latest gaming analytic trends or processes.
19) Work with and utilize KLECH approved analysis systems, Viz Explorer / Quick Custom
Intelligence, or Excel spreadsheets to acquire on spot snapshot analysis, thorough
planning analysis, win/loss or trend patterns, demographics or play patterns of all EGDs
and/or our playing guests as needed.
20) Routinely prepare analytic reports such as, but not limited to, before and after snap
shots, daily snap shots, 90, 180, 365 day and life to date gaming analysis to determine
improvement or critique gaming moves, conversions game swaps or promotional affects.
21) Utilize complex computer programs to create spreadsheets, graphs and/or trend lines.
22) Work with the Director of EGD or other senior-level Department Heads to achieve revenue
goals.
23) Attend and participate in all department and casino mandatory meetings as required.
24) Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and EGET skills.
25) Manage and maintain the security of confidential information entrusted to the position.
26) Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.
27) Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31
requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money
Laundering policies. Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed.

Minimum Requirements to Qualifications:
1) Must have High School Diploma or GED.
2) Successful completion of two (2) years of college level courses in computer or software
science. May be substituted with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
3) Five (5) years of prior experience with casino slot accounting systems, player tracking
systems including Viz Explorer / Quick Custom Intelligence, or comparable analytic system.
4) Must have extensive knowledge of casino slot department or EGD operations including the
technical aspects of all EGD machines and guest services standards.
5) Must have advanced computer skills to effectively navigate various computer application
systems and use complex programs.

6) Five (5) years of casino gaming experience in Slots, or five (5) years of demonstrated
experience working as an analyst in a large volume company.
7) Experience in analytics, creating tables, spreadsheets, graphs, trend lines, or forecasts.
8) Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language
skills a plus.

Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American
preference is observed.

Physical Demands:
1) While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to stand,
sit, walk, push, pull, bend for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; talk and listen on
a regular basis.
2) The team member must be able to concentrate for prolonged periods.

3) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral
vision and depth perception.
4) The team member must be able to communicate effectively in person or using
telecommunications equipment.
5) The team member must have the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a
keyboard, touch-screen display, telephone, and calculator.
6) Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.


Work Environment:
1) Casino floor and normal office setting.
2) Frequent walking and standing, and frequent contact with the general public.
3) Temperature controlled environment with varying noise levels. May be exposed to high
levels of noise throughout the day.
4) May be exposed to cigarette smoke while on the casino floor.
5) Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required including nights, weekends, and
holidays.
6) Must be able to perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions.
7) May be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with difficult guests
and team members.
8) May be exposed to various types of lighting including, but not limited to: artificial
fluorescent lights, flashing lights, strobe lights, multiple colored lights, etc.
9) Travel may be required to perform one or more essential functions of this position.


Conditions of Employment:
1) Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful
completion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain a KTTT Gaming License.
Responsible to keep all documents current and valid at all times.
2) Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
3) Must be at least 18 years of age.
4) Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
5) Must comply with KLECH Handbook, internal policy and procedures, and Gaming
Regulations set within KLECH.
