What will you do?

• Enroll guests in the player tracking system, manage accurate data entry, and maintain confidentiality of all guest records and Player Rewards activities 
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including answering questions promptly, explaining games, contests, and Player’s Club benefits, and assisting with promotions and giveaways. 
• Support marketing initiatives by helping implement on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways to enhance guest engagement. 
• Resolve guest concerns effectively, demonstrating strong listening skills and the ability to defuse difficult situations while preserving goodwill. 
• Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors by modeling professional behavior and mutual respect in all interactions 

More about you

• High school diploma or GED required 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred 
• Intermediate computer skills preferred 
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license 

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
