Night Auditor

Description

We’re seeking a proactive and guest-focused Night Auditor to deliver exceptional hospitality at our 24/7 hotel front desk. Working the late-night shift without direct supervision, you’ll ensure smooth operations, guest safety, and a welcoming experience. Ideal candidates are responsible, independent, and thrive in a fun, respectful culture at the Wyndham Grand Jupiter

Schedule Requirements:

• Late-Night Availability: Must be available for overnight shifts to support our 24/7 operations.
• Weekends & Holidays: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process daily transactions (credit cards, restaurant, events, lounge) and verify hotel room availability.

- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and administer guest payment policies.

- Balance and review accounts, preparing folios for morning departures and correcting errors from day shifts.

- Manage phone system, including transfers and reservations.

- Maintain lobby appearance, assist with AM breakfast setup if needed, and follow hotel emergency procedures.
