The Corporate Director of Marketing will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of upscale and luxury hotels and their outlets, along with high-profile opening and transition hotels/outlets. We seek a creative and agile marketing generalist with strong project management skills, understanding of the full online/offline marketing mix and ability to set differentiated strategy in competitive markets who will work closely with our corporate teams, owners, hotels and agency partners to drive revenue in their portfolio.

This leader will be responsible for developing marketing plans and calendars that maximize budgets/ROI, hiring/managing agency/vendor partners, presenting results, trends and insights monthly to executives and hiring/retaining/developing local talent.

This role partners closely with F&B leadership to create and execute outlet marketing plans (restaurants/bars/coffee/retail/meetings and events) to drive covers and check growth.

This individual will need to be incredibly organized, good at managing multiple projects/stakeholders concurrently and a confident communicator.

*This individual must be located in Las Vegas, NV, Chicago, IL or New York, NY and have a strong passion for/experience with upscale/luxury experiences and F&B trends.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Insightful and impactful monthly owner reports with data storytelling, trend and market analysis for both hotels and outlet portfolio.
  • Hotel and outlet marketing calendars, offer and opening playbooks for seasonal hotel/outlet activations, accurate/consistent digital storefronts, on-brand content shoots/collateral/menus and seasonal campaign execution.
  • Working with regional cross-functional counterparts to drive revenue for their portfolio, improve website/social media traffic and engagement and market share

Who You Are:

  • 7-10 years' of experience working within a marketing department and/or marketing agency on upscale/luxury, lifestyle hotel brands.
  • Proven experience supporting field teams (sales, revenue, operations in a hospitality, retail, F&B setting).
  • Demonstrated experience with opening and supporting hotels, restaurants and bars.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and/or sales support, collateral and tradeshows/offers.
  • Ability to research competitive set and different industries and present findings to senior leaders.
  • Experience working with vendors and agencies, including PR and Social Media. Able to negotiate prices and set/manage KPIs.
  • Significant experience developing online/offline 360-degree campaigns, implementing and tracking results.
  • Ability to manage budgets.
  • Must have strong initiative, attention to details and be quick to respond – experience working from home with minimal supervision.
  • Should be able to audit websites, press releases and social media to maintain brand standards throughout.

The compensation offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states. For applicants who will be working in New York and NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $135 - 155k; for applicants who will be working in Las Vegas, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $115 - 135k; for applicants who will be working in Chicago, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $115 - 135k.
