F&B Restaurant Supervisor takes part in ensuring that all operations of the Resort Restaurant, Lounge, outdoor dining patio and Guest Suite Dining, along with servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort run smoothly. Assist the Restaurant Manager with all phases of the Hole in the Wall Restaurant, Guest Suite Dining, and Lounge operations, including but not limited to Guest service, cleanliness, and maintenance of all restaurant operations.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performing of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to use the point of sale. Ability to lift/carry a weight up to 50 pounds. Ability to push/and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.
