The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for an FT – F&B Restaurant Supervisor to join our Restaurant Team!

Hours: AM/PM shifts - including weekend and holidays

F&B Restaurant Supervisor takes part in ensuring that all operations of the Resort Restaurant, Lounge, outdoor dining patio and Guest Suite Dining, along with servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort run smoothly. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner, resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. Assist the Restaurant Manager with all phases of the Hole in the Wall Restaurant, Guest Suite Dining, and Lounge operations, including but not limited to Guest service, cleanliness, and maintenance of all restaurant operations.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:

In addition to performing of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

  • Maintains inventories of equipment, amenities, chemicals, and other supplies to ensure the items are in stock and reorders promptly.
  • Coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff, when appropriate, to ensure standards are met and assigns staff to additional training when needed.
  • Consults with Property Operations regarding projects or general maintenance of public areas.
  • Performs line employees' job functions as needed under high volume and emergencies.
  • Other duties as assigned by both the Restaurant Manager and the River Ranch manager, such as implementing procedures and operating plans.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to use the point of sale. Ability to lift/carry a weight up to 50 pounds. Ability to push/and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.

Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
