The Banquet Set Up role is Responsible for the setup, upkeep, and cleanliness of banquet rooms, providing a high level of professional and friendly service to ensure a positive guest experience.

WORK HOURS

Crew members may be required to workday and/or evening shifts on an on-call basis, including occasional graveyard shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays depending on hotel events and functions.

Job Duties:

• Set up, arrange, and break down banquet rooms and equipment according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and client requirements, including tables, chairs, linen, staging, props, and furniture.

• Assist with banquet pop-up stations and rented equipment setup, ensuring safe and proper use of all items.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of banquet equipment, event spaces, and back-of-house areas.

• Follow all local safety, fire, and security regulations while performing duties.

• Be present before, during, and after events as scheduled to support guest requests, event changes, and operational needs.

• Communicate effectively with management and team members, supporting seamless guest experiences and cross-department collaboration.

• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and flexibility, following hotel policies, brand standards, and completing additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6-months to 1-year experience in hotel, banquets, or events.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Successful Candidate must be able to pass a background check.
