The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Transformation Program Manager to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Transformation Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives that drive strategic growth, operational efficiency, and organizational agility. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $129,400 – $162,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of complex transformation programs aligned with strategic vision and organizational priorities 
  • Partner with executive leadership to define transformation objectives, key results, and success metrics that guide program direction 
  • Translate strategic goals into clear implementation roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, and deliverables 
  • Oversee program governance, including project structure, communication planning, resource and quality management, risk mitigation, financial tracking, and performance reporting 
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment by partnering with business units, technology teams, and functional leaders to ensure cohesive execution of transformation initiatives 
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation while providing data‑driven insights that support change adoption, inform decisions, and refine transformation strategy  

More about you

  • A combined minimum of 10 years of higher education and work experience, including a minimum of 7 years of project management experience; master’s degree is a plus 
  • PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred 
  • Proven experience managing large-scale business or digital transformation programs within complex, cross-functional organizations 
  • Expertise in program and portfolio management, including governance, reporting, and performance measurement 
  • Experience in business process improvement, change management, or operational excellence methodologies 
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages
