The Banquet Server plays an essential role in creating seamless, memorable events by delivering attentive, professional service to guests. This position directly influences the success of banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events through efficient preparation, service, and cleanup that reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
- Deliver warm, professional service to ensure successful and memorable events.
- Contribute to smooth banquet operations through efficient setup, attentive service, and thorough breakdown.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support colleagues and event flow by assisting and covering during breaks.
- Other duties as assigned.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior guest service or server experience preferred; banquet/catering experience a plus.
- Bartending experience is required.
