The Banquet Assistant Manager oversees the operations of the banquet department, ensuring seamless event execution while maintaining superior service standards and facilitating smooth coordination across all involved teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills in both English and Spanish, is well organized, works well under pressure, and has as a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
