The Lofts at Downtown Salem are searching for a dependable and detail-orienated team member to assist with day-to-day hotel operations. As an Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with the General Manager and Housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations, including excellent guest experiences and the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel.
Responsibilities include:
✔ Supporting the night audit process and preparing daily reports.
✔ Performing room inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness.
✔ Helping clean guest rooms and public spaces.
✔ Responding to guest requests and reporting maintenance issues.
✔ Assisting with inventory counts and supply tracking.
✔ Providing general assistance around the hotel.
✔ Step in as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is away.
