Join Our Team as a Barista! McDade’s Emporium and Ice Cream Saloon, nestled within our beautiful resort, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! What You’ll Do:
Serve with a Smile: Delight our guests by fulfilling their orders with efficiency and a personal touch.
Fulfilling Guest Orders: Manage transactions accurately and responsibly.
Create Personalized Experiences: Engage with guests to make their visit special and memorable.
Craft Delicious Beverages: Prepare a variety of drinks to perfection, following our menu standards.
Maintain a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure the store is clean, inviting, and a place where guests love to linger.

Requirements
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a team spirit
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
Must be at least 18 years of age
