What will you do?

• Execute flawless preparation and grilling of a variety of dishes according to established recipes. 
  Ensure consistent quality and presentation of grilled items
• Ensure the safety and quality of grilled items by monitoring internal temperatures of various meats and ingredients
• Oversee and manage grill station efficiency

More about you

• 2 years of proven experience as a Grill Cook or a similar role is required
• Expertise in grilling techniques, temperatures, and timings
• Ability to handle high-volume grilling with precision
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, and blend a variety of foods and liquids
• Ability to carry large pans, weighing up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen equipment
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Exposed to variable temperatures
