The opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a highly skilled, proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. This is a dynamic role that blends executive support, financial and administrative coordination, personal assistance, and special projects for the Office of the Chairman. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: NaN – NaN / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Manage the processing and payment of invoices in QuickBooks, and make regular deposits 
  • Assist with calendar tracking, updating addresses, gift ordering, reviewing invoices and statements for accuracy, and other administrative tasks 
  • Handle administrative operations for Manor House Designs, including orders, accounting, documentation, and tax allocations 
  • Make necessary travel arrangements and coordinate activities and meetings 
  • Execute special projects, managing deadlines and requirements to keep the project on track 

More about you

  • Associate degree preferred; relevant experience can be substituted 
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in an administrative position supporting at the executive level
  • Excellent organization skills 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, proofreading and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities 
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures  
  • Proficient in QuickBooks  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Experience with Adobe suite, especially Lightroom, is a plus
