If you believe numbers tell a story—and you know how to interpret that story to drive results—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Strategy & Performance Analysis

  • Support forecasting of room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share performance.
  • Analyze trends, pace, pickup, segmentation, and channel mix to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and deploying revenue strategies, pricing tactics, and inventory controls.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitive set performance and market intelligence to inform positioning.

Systems & Distribution Optimization

  • Support configuration and optimization of revenue-related systems including RMS, CRS, and PMS.
  • Monitor rate loading accuracy and inventory controls across all distribution channels.
  • Assist with rate positioning and merchandising across brand.com, GDS, voice, direct sales, wholesale, OTA, and emerging channels.
  • Ensure rate parity and distribution accuracy across platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with pricing and inventory strategy.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure rate positioning aligns with value delivery and guest experience.
  • Support executive-level communication of revenue performance to property teams, ownership, and corporate leadership.
  • Provide data-driven insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term commercial planning.

Who You Are

Analytical by nature—you see patterns others miss.

  •     Comfortable balancing IQ and EQ in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  •     Detail-oriented, yet able to zoom out and see the big picture.
  •     Organized and disciplined in tracking data and meeting deadlines.
  •     Collaborative and communicative—you translate numbers into meaningful action.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
  • 2–4 years of revenue management or hotel analytics experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Ideas, SynXis, Mews, Siteminder, Stayntouch and STR reports strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in boutique, independent, or lifestyle hotels a plus.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to manage large data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive reporting.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive salary
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible spending accounts
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Referral Bonus Program

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, communicate, and use standard office technology. Occasional travel to properties may be required. Reasonable accommodation will be provided.

Training we provide

Every journey begins with a first step. Maybe yours is focused on growing your career in hospitality – climbing the ladder to management, executive team, corporate or beyond. Maybe you want a stable, fulfilling role where you can thrive or, just maybe, you need a gig for now while you complete your education or audition for your big break. No matter where your path takes you, we respect your journey and have customized our employee experience to support your goals and ambitions.

About the management team

We’re driven by a singular purpose: to create experiences travelers seek out and return to, time and time again. To us, that starts by being human – building an environment that balances emotional intelligence, tradition, ritual, and creativity. Because when that happens, hospitality comes alive – and results follow.
