Mini Bar Attendant

Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage

Salary: $25 per hour

Fouquet’s New York is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Mini Bar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for maintaining, restocking, and presenting all in-room mini bar offerings in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of hotel policies including special offerings, and events.

Focus on driving guest satisfaction and team performance to the highest level of service.

Have a working knowledge of security procedures.

Replenish and organize mini bar items daily in guest rooms and suites

Ensure accuracy of charges in the POS system

Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and proper product rotation (FIFO)

Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office regarding arrivals, departures, and VIP amenities

Ensure all products meet brand standards and quality expectations

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Professional appearance and demeanor

Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.

Requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching.

Must be flexible to work variable shifts. Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays, and weekends.
