As the Catering Coordinator, you’ll unleash your organizational flair—think of yourself as the rock star who transforms meetings and celebrations into unforgettable experiences! You'll be the behind-the-scenes mastermind, working closely with clients and colleagues to add those special touches and ensure every detail shines. Bring your energy, creativity, and passion for hospitality, and get ready to make every event truly sparkle!

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event Wizardry: Coordinate and negotiate all event details, collaborate with clients on menus, setups, and sleeping rooms, and tackle upsell opportunities.
• Paperwork Power: Respond to inquiries, book events, whip up contracts and BEOs, and keep everyone in the loop with weekly packets and critical date reminders.
• Teamwork Triumphs: Post schedules, assist with event collateral like vouchers and signage, and organize all files and VIP requests for the crew.
• Communication Champs: Type and distribute all correspondence, handle phones and messages, and keep trace logs updated for the CS/Catering team.
• Service Superstar: Always bring a friendly, attentive attitude, maintain a sharp appearance, follow company standards, and jump in wherever needed! 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant hotel or event experience.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates quick, accurate decision-making and maintains composure under pressure.
• Skilled at problem-solving and comfortable working with financial information and basic math.
