- Office Management: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events, placing orders
- Document Handling: Typing, editing, and filing reports, memos, and correspondence
- Communication: Answering calls, emails, and liaising with internal departments and the public
- Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Maintaining databases and tracking systems
- Payroll: Updating timecards, running reports, entering commissions into a spreadsheet and into UKG system
- Billing: Assists with coding invoices to be paid
