As a Housekeeper, you play a critical role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. You are responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are meticulously maintained according to our brand standards. Key Responsibilities

 * Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms.

 * Manage inventory by maintaining a fully stocked housekeeping cart with the products and supplies needed for your shift.

 * Communicate promptly with the Front Desk or Executive Housekeeper regarding cleaned room statuses, maintenance issues, room damage, or supply shortages.

 * Elevate the guest experience by warmly greeting guests, courteously handling requests, and escalating concerns when necessary.

 * Maintain security and safety by protecting guest confidentiality, securing room keys, and strictly following lost-and-found procedures.

 * Ensure compliance by adhering to all safety protocols, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions, completing required training, and maintaining a professional appearance.

What We Are Looking For

 * Experience: Prior background in housekeeping or janitorial services, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting.

 * Detail-Oriented: A strong commitment to meticulous cleanliness and exceptional guest satisfaction.

 * Work Ethic: Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.

 * Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel needs, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

 * Lifting: Ability to independently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.

 * Stamina: Capacity to be on your feet for the majority of the shift, involving frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, twisting, and repetitive hand/arm movements.

 * Mobility: Ability to climb stairs and efficiently navigate the property.

 * Adaptability: Capability to remain productive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work in various conditions, including heat, cold, and outdoor elements.
