KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Kitchen Cleanliness Crusader: Keep our kitchen sparkling and safe—think of yourself as the guardian of deliciousness! You’ll stay on top of cleanliness, follow all the food safety rules, and make sure every ingredient is stored just right, like a secret stash of baking magic.
• Baking Superhero: Show off your baking superpowers! From kneading dough to conjuring up golden breads and dreamy desserts, you’ll use tried-and-true recipes and sprinkle in your own flair. Oven duty? You’ve got it covered, turning raw ingredients into edible works of art!
• Bakery Juggler Extraordinaire: Master the bakery hustle! You’ll juggle shaping, scaling, and organizing goodies, keep an eagle eye on inventory, and make sure nothing goes to waste. Stay fresh, stay organized—and keep those bakery shelves brimming with treats!
• Teamwork Maestro: Teamwork makes the dream work! You’ll blend your talents with fellow bakers, swap tips, and keep the kitchen vibe upbeat and friendly. Every batch gets better when you bake together!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Confectionery or Food-related major preferred
• Knowledge of food production processes and food safety protocols
• Food Handler’s Certificate required
• Experience in baking or food preparation required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
