Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga, a proud member of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead daily hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a key leadership role supporting the General Manager in driving operational excellence, team performance, and financial success.
Oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Support revenue goals, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure Hilton brand standards and service expectations are consistently met
Step in as acting General Manager when needed to maintain operational continuity
Drive guest satisfaction, problem resolution, and service recovery
3 to 5 years of Hilton brand experience preferred
Prior hotel leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards
Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive results
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail
Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
