About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager specializing in the Corporate segment to drive business growth through both proactive and reactive sales strategies. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who excels in relationship building, strategic account management, and delivering personalized service that keeps our clients returning—and referring others.
As a Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Event Management partners to create seamless client experiences from the first conversation to the post‑event follow‑up. Your work will directly influence our hotel’s continued success and reputation as a leading property in the Renaissance brand.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals in previous sales roles
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals in previous sales roles
Background in a lifestyle or full-service hotel environment, preferable Marriott or Renaissance brands
3 years:
Hotel sales experience, specifically within the corporate transient or corporate group segment
Experience working with Marriott brand systems (CI/TY, SFAWeb, MarRFP, etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business

Managing corporate or business travel accounts or handling group/catering sales in a hotel environment
1 years:
Hotel Sales or related field (hospitality, travel, corporate partnerships, event sales)
