The Lead Bartender will anticipate and attend to all needs of guests related to their Beverage/dining experience, following standard recipes, promote food sales, and assist in training.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

  • Take responsibility for assigned associates in the absence of the Supervisor.
  • Assign work and ensure proper performance of assigned associates.
  • Assist in training new team members during their onboarding interim.
  • Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
  • Invent Specialty Cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Serve wine, draught, bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages, food, and alcoholic beverages.
  • Collect money for drinks served.
  • Orders and requisitions liquors and supplies. Stock and replenish glasses, beverages, mixes, fruit, and guest
  • supplies.
  • Assist leadership with weekly beverage orders.
  • Assist leadership with monthly inventory.
  • Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display.
  • Wash glasses, bar, and equipment.
  • Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks; prepare appetizers, such as pickles, cheese and cold meats.
  • Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
  • Complete nightly check outs as prescribed and aligned with closing procedures for staff who leaves early.
  • Attend and lead preservice meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Must have TABC certification and meet state law age requirements for tending bar.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hour + tips
