As part of a new hotel with exciting growth ahead and major events on the horizon, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in shaping the guest experience. Often the first impression of our property, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional service through guest registration and check-out, as well as PBX operations. Accuracy with daily accounting procedures is essential, but what truly sets this role apart is the ability to create memorable guest interactions.
Every moment at the front desk is an opportunity to make a guest feel welcomed and valued. Our hospitality standards should always shine through: make eye contact, smile, greet the guest first, engage in friendly conversation, and always use the guest's surname. These small touches turn a simple check-in into a great experience and set the tone for the entire stay.
