Key Responsibilities

• Support room attendants by transporting soiled linens to the laundry room and restocking closets with fresh linens and guest supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, pool area, and more.
• Engage with guests, offering a friendly smile and assistance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve service requests.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents to management.

Qualifications For Success

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
