TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Do you have an exceptional service attitude? JOBKNOWLEDGE: Preventativemaintenance to include plumbing, electrical and inside building maintenance. Working knowledge and strong technical skills of the following disciplines a plus.Willing to learn HVAC, Site Services, Building Systems, Utilities, Maintenance of Facilities, andEnergyManagement.
JOB SUMMARY: To carry out Preventative Maintenance Program and maintain equipment to its bestworking order as guided by Director of Engineering on property at a luxury beachfront resort.Knowledgeableinprocedures andsafetyrequirements.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Must be able to drive a motor vehicle. Must be able to lift, carry and move 50 pounds. Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time. Must be willing to work in difficult positions including climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Full Time, 40/hours week
